The start of the year has been filled again with fear and anxiety. We have been forced to adapt to changes we were not prepared for.
But just like any unfavorable situation, there's always a silver lining. We've learned to work differently and appreciate the time we spent with our family. We've learned new skills that we thought we will not achieve. We've learned to love and nurture our body more.
